Position Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Specialist to engage with warm leads and convert them into satisfied customers. As an Inside Business Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and maximizing revenue for our online business. You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training sessions, developing training materials, and providing ongoing support to empower customers to confidently use our software to achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to warm leads via phone, email, and other online channels to introduce Postal Methods’s products/services.
- Conduct engaging webinars and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition to potential customers.
- Build rapport and establish trust with leads to understand their needs and preferences.
- Follow up with leads in a timely manner to provide additional information, address concerns, and close sales.
- Collaborate closely with the IT team to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve sales targets.
- Utilize CRM software and other online tools to track leads, manage sales pipeline, and generate reports.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing customers to educate them on how to use our online software effectively.
- Develop engaging training materials, including user guides, tutorials, and video demonstrations, to support various learning styles.
- Customize training sessions to meet the specific needs and preferences of individual customers or groups.
- Provide hands-on assistance and troubleshooting support during training sessions to address customer questions and concerns.
- Collaborate with the product development team to stay informed about software updates and new features, and incorporate them into training materials.
- Collect feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and enhance the effectiveness of training programs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Business Development or a similar role, preferably in an online business environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers remotely.
- Excellent sales and negotiation abilities, with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving sales growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team, with strong time management and organizational skills.
