Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making 50 - 100 calls per day, generating interest, and qualifying prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Researching and creating targeted lists of people (prospects) who could benefit from QLTY’s Mobile Fit Unit service.
- Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and social media to introduce the QLTY Work Boots.
- Schedule appointments for the Mobile Fit Unit to visit job sites and fit crews for new work boots.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Team with management to build pipeline and close deals.
- Achieve monthly quotas for qualified appointments, revenue, and new business leads.
- Provide accurate and timely information to management on prospects and sales activity.
- Track and manage sales pipeline and activities using Salesforce.
Qualifications:
- Proven inside sales experience.
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Strong phone presence and experience making 50 - 100 calls per day.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in the workwear or related industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Commission Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
- This position is treated as contractor work, which classifies as a 1099 position for tax purposes.
