**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and professionalism within the office environment.
**Duties:**
- Manage office supplies inventory and light office housekeeping
-Dispatching laborers to job- sites for daily job assignments, providing personal protective equipment, and supplies required
- Assist in onboarding new applicants
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications
- Maintain organized filing and scanning documents
- Daily payroll processing
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
**Experience:**
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or relevant role
- Proficiency in phone systems and clerical tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Knowledge of medical office management is advantageous
- Excellent administrative and time management skills
- Training development and team management abilities are desirable
