Edelman-Lyon Automatic Door is a family owned commercial door company that has been in the industry since 1951. We are looking for a self-motivated, attentive, high performing individual who can thrive in a fast paced environment. Individual will work directly with leadership, sales and customers to provide them with information about hardware, pricing, and job specific items.
Job Responsibilities
- Service Billing
- Service Quoting/Detailing
- Parts Identification based off info provided
- Shipping/Receiving Part orders
- Presentation/Literature creating
- Part Ordering
- Receipts Collection/Credit Card Management
Working with customers to research, identify, and locate door parts
Providing customers with quotes/estimates for service calls
Accepting and checking in all incoming shipments
Creating labels and boxing all out going shipments
Ordering parts needed for service calls and installs
Initiate RMAs when required, ensure credit/replacement is received within timely manner
Collecting credit card receipts and cross-checking latest card statements
Helping to create marketing materials for salesmen to use
Providing salesmen with pricing for parts needed on install jobs
Cross checking vendor invoices to confirm all parts billed
Reaching out to vendors for product support
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $65.00 per hour
