Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team. The Warranty Administrator will be responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring accuracy, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with distributors regarding warranty inquiries and claim status
- Maintain detailed records of warranty claims and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to address warranty-related issues
- Assist in identifying trends or recurring issues with products
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the warranty process
- Register new equipment with manufacturer on behalf of customers
- Complete warranty packets and send copies to clients
- Claim rebates for new installations that qualify
Experience:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using warranty management software or tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
