Responsibilities:
- - Lead and direct all aspects of the organization's people, functions, and operations, and systems and tools, including sales, unit operations, marketing and promotions, people training & development, purchasing, strategy, new location openings, and all other items directed by CEO
- Continue to build a great team upon our values and culture
- Provide leadership and guidance to the leadership team and other employees
- Collaborate with CEO and Board to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives. Report quarterly or as requested
- Drive operational, financial, and cultural goals of the organization on a consistent basis
- Analyze and report sales and costs trends, and key performance indicators to organization. Use analysis to driver greater performance. Share information with the organization to provide transparency and data for optimal performance.
- Exemplify, communicate, and evangelize our Core Values throughout the organization
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
- Represent the organization in negotiations with clients, suppliers, and other external parties
Experience:
- experience in a senior leadership role in the multi-unit restaurant industry
- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving business growth and profitability
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for entire enterprise
- Demonstrated effective leadership experience in all aspects of operations, marketing, new unit openings, purchasing, training, development of people
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
