Investor Relations Associate
Overview:
We are seeking an Investor Relations Associate to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our investors and EB-5 agents. As an Investor Relations Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for investors and EB-5 agents, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with our organization is exceptional. You will play a crucial role in fostering trust, transparency, and communication, ultimately contributing to the success of our investment projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management:
- Foster and support relationships with investors and EB-5 agents by promptly addressing inquiries related to EB-5 projects.
- Act as a primary point of contact for investors and EB-5 agents, providing timely and accurate information about project developments, performance, and compliance.
Investor Updates:
- Prepare quarterly or bi-annual EB-5 update reports for investors, summarizing project progress, financial performance, and regulatory updates.
- Ensure investor communications are clear, comprehensive, and aligned with regulatory requirements and company standards.
I-829 Assistance:
- Assist investors with the I-829 submission process, including gathering necessary Provide ongoing support and guidance to investors throughout the I-829 adjudication process.
File Management:
- Review and manage investor files, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Respond to investor inquiries and requests for information in a timely and professional manner, maintaining detailed records of all interactions.
New Investment Opportunities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify, develop, and expand new EB-5 investment opportunities that align with investor preferences and market demand.
- Participate in the evaluation and due diligence process for potential EB-5 projects, assessing feasibility, risk factors, and potential returns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Previous experience in investor relations, EB-5 program management, or related roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and EB-5 agents.
- Knowledge of EB-5 program requirements, immigration investment processes, and USCIS regulations.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and investor relations management software.
