Position Overview:
As the Executive Assistant to the Founder, you will be an extension of our leader, embodying their values and executing their vision across a broad spectrum of responsibilities. This role demands not just administrative excellence but also strategic thinking, financial acumen, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide comprehensive support to the Founder, ensuring efficient management of their schedule, communications, and priorities.
· Act as a liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional diplomacy and confidentiality.
· Actively take notes during founders’ meetings and provide detailed summaries.
· Be omnipresent and available at a moment’s notice.
· Manage complex travel arrangements, meeting planning, and logistics with meticulous attention to detail.
· Prepare financial reports, budgets, and presentations, interpreting and summarizing financial data with insights that guide decision-making.
· Undertake projects and research that contribute to the strategic goals of Tower Leadership, requiring critical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills.
· Adapt to rapidly changing priorities with resilience, embodying a proactive and anticipatory approach to managing tasks and challenges.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
· Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Experience in financial analysis or management is highly desirable.
· Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently.
· Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to provide meaningful insights.
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the proficiency to engage with a diverse range of individuals and groups.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, financial software, and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
· A commitment to discretion and confidentiality, coupled with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
Skills:
1. Financial Literacy: Understanding of financial statements, budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting to assist in making informed decisions and managing the Founder's financial tasks.
2. Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), financial software, and the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly. This includes managing emails, calendar scheduling, creating presentations, and handling data analysis.
3. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, from conception through completion, including planning, executing, and tracking progress.
4. Research and Analysis: Skilled in conducting thorough research and analysis to support decision-making, prepare reports, and gather information that aids strategic planning.
5. Communication Materials Preparation: Competence in preparing comprehensive reports, presentations, business correspondence, and other documents that require a synthesis of complex information.
6. Exceptional Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, handling a wide range of tasks and responsibilities in a structured manner.
7. Adaptability and Flexibility: Capacity to adjust to changing priorities and work demands with ease, demonstrating resilience in high-pressure situations.

Education:
· Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution. A Master’s degree is a plus.
