Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to a busy executive.
Work will be from Work Place Office, Manager's Home Office and Remotely from home sometimes.
Professional Duties:
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls - Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations using Google Suite
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning and mail
- Utilize DocuSign for electronic document signing
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Familiarity with proofreading documents for errors and inconsistencies
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Experience in project coordination and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Handle long phone calls to get things done.
Personal Duties:
Personal Duties will be minimal. Just a few examples such as:
- Take vehicle for maintenance or Automatic washer
- Pick up fresh fruits and vegetables for Salad on your way to Manager's home.
- Prepare a salad or drink for lunch
- Follow up house maintenance and workers
- Follow up with house keeper to clean the house
- Amazon shopping and Returns
- Call and book personal appointments like doctors or dentists
- Book flights and hotels
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
