Position Summary
The Quality Control Manager (QCM) provides effective leadership by leading well-trained uniformed Site Supervisors and Security Officers, which emphasizes customer service, professionalism and dependability. The (QCM) ensures consistent quality of service in the field.

Primary Responsibilities

Supervise Site Supervisors, Flex Security Officers and Security Officers in their daily work to ensure adherence to company and individual client policies and procedures.

Assist with leadership training under the guidance of the General Manager and/or Training Manager.

Inspect all paperwork and reports associated with security officers and their work duties.

Be able to perform all duties associated with subordinate employees.

Perform regular site visits to ensure Policies and Procedures, Post Orders, Uniform, Site Safety, and other standards are being met at each site inspected. Document findings, take corrective actions as needed, and notify Client or General Managers of and discrepancies.

May be required to fill in as relief in the event a post is not filled.

Be able to perform all security officer related duties and be knowledgeable of all site Post Orders.

Conduct On the Job Training (OJT).

Monitor all Security Officers and evaluate job performance including taking disciplinary action if necessary.

Promote and maintain positive field officer morale.

Investigate all Prepares and completes detailed incident reports.
-
Evaluate security officers for promptness, proper uniform standards, attitude, and adherence to set procedures.

Collect and deliver all necessary documents from/to sites as needed.

Maintain and update all reports in computer data base including Daily Activities Reports and Vehicle Maintenance Reports.

May be required to work evenings, holidays and or weekends as required.

Communicate all call-offs according to set policies.

Assist with Emergency Response for all applicable

Resolve any on-site conflicts and communicate results to Client Manager(s)

Inspect Security Personnel for required licenses, permits and certificates as required by site and State regulations.
Qualifications

Must be at least 25 years
-
Previous Site/Field Supervisory experience a plus

Must possess a valid NV Driver’s License with a clean DMV record.

Must possess a valid Nevada PILB Work Card.

NV PILB Firearm Permit, Baton certification, and pepper spray certifications a plus.
-
Possession of a Nevada CCW a plus.
-
Ability to pass a multi-panel drug screen and background check.

Fluency in current technology such as Windows and app-based software a must.

Must be Fluent in English and have the legal right to work in the United States.

Must have reliable transportation

Demonstrated strong leadership and ability to develop a team.

Possess positive attitude, strong customer service and leadership skills, and be career oriented.

Experience in scheduling and client interaction highly desirable.

Meticulous attention to detail; strong observation and written documentation skills with basic computer and typing knowledge.
