Exalt Printing is NOT a corner store print shop. We are a corporate design, print, and fulfillment firm supporting some of the largest companies in the DFW-area. Today, we are growing at our fastest pace ever and hoping to add new team members who have a passion for delivering a great experience and an amazing product to our clients.
About the Role
Prior print experience is not required.
As a member of Exalt’s Customer Service team, you will be the first touchpoint for our clients on a daily basis. We support online orders, custom designs, and phone orders across various product lines. Once we receive the order, our Client Support team preps the job to be submitted to our production facility for fulfillment.
Duties
- Engage clients on new order requests
- Ensure order is presented correctly for the production team
- Understand and assist in resolving customer concerns
- Communicate with various departments on any special requests regarding new orders
