Office Administrator
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. This position will be responsible for coordination and administration of training programs, operator qualification processes, onboarding of new employees, drug testing procedures and providing general support to the team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, possesses strong communication and coordination skills and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
· Assist in the maintenance and assignment of operator qualification programs in compliance with DOT PHMSA regulatory standards.
· Use tracking system (e.g., Sortly, RFID, GPS) to monitor the location and status of equipment.
· Schedule internal/external training sessions and ensure appropriate resources and facilities are available.
· Create and maintain detailed documentation for equipment procedures and protocols.
· Provide new employees with necessary information about company policies, procedures, and benefits.
· Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
· Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
· Provide ongoing support and resources during the initial onboarding period.
· Schedule pre-employment background tests and drug screening
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field preferred.
· Proficiency in MS Suite
· QuickBooks preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (Preferred)
