Our Hospital Customer Service Specialist serves as the first point of contact with our patients. The main duties include greeting and directing patients, answering phones, admitting patients and other clerical related tasks. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position. The hours will rotate between 8am-5pm and 9am-6pm. Must be flexible to cover admissions at 5:30am and able to work one weekend per month in Urgent Care (Saturdays 7:15am-4:00pm and Sundays 10:00am-4:00pm). Urgent Care shifts include overtime and a $2 shift differential.
