Summary
The Data Entry Coordinator (Contracts) is responsible for the accurate and timely entry of all data related to the company’s rental contracts in our internal systems.
Essential Functions

Review rental contracts and payment information for completeness.

Accurate and timely data entry of contracts and payment information into internal systems and review for completeness.

Accurate and timely rental master file update in Excel.
-
Accurate and timely price increase processing in Service Titan.

Collaborate with credit and collections team to resolve delinquent accounts.

Resolve problems by clarifying issues, research, exploring answers and alternate solutions.

Contract filing as required.

Liaise between customers, technicians, Home Comfort Advisors (sales) and CSRs regarding inquiries and/or appointments.

Handles special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

Proven experience working in order/data entry and customer service.

1-3 years of related experience

Attention to detail is key requirement of this role.

Must be efficient, accurate, and organized.

Must have excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal, conflict management, and time management skills.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite with proficiency in MS Excel.

Data collection with attention to detail are essential.
