Dover Electric is looking for a high energy, motivated and eager Operations Coordinator to join our team. They must be able to handle administrative duties with the utmost confidentiality.
Tasks includes but is not limited to:
- Multi-line phone system operations
- Liaison between the office and field
- Scheduling and tracking of service requests
- Coordinate and track permit requests
- Request and follow up on electrical inspections
- Updating payment trackers accordingly
- Monthly filing of hard copy invoices
Skills Required:
- Strong Data Entry background
- Ability to communicate both verbally and written in a professional, courteous and knowledgeable manner
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks according to deadlines and urgency; complete them in a timely and professional manner
- Ability to provide keen attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc)
- Must have valid driver’s license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
