Summary: Receive maintenance work orders by telephone, skype and computer; data enter in online application tool (Realpage), triage and prioritize service issues, schedule, and follow up with residents until issue is resolved.
· Work closely with maintenance supervisors and maintenance personnel
· Collect and extract information for reports as requested
· Audit/QC daily work order notes and completed work orders verifying completion time/date/notes etc.
· Standard Operating procedure creation and amending (SOP)
· Responsible for creating and generating work orders.
· Data entry
· Scheduling appointments
· Assist with self-help
· Realpage and technician mobile app support
· Performs other duties as assigned
· Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions
· Ability to diffuse and manage stressful situations
· Ability to communicate written and verbally, interact and work effectively and cooperatively with people from diverse backgrounds
· Operating knowledge of and experience with personal computers, internet, software, and Microsoft office programs, google sheets, SharePoint, Skype, Texting *Excel is a must
· Operating knowledge of and experience with typical office equipment, such as telephones, copier, fax machine, E-mail, etc.
· Have a strong sense of time management and the ability to multitask
· Provide excellent customer service experience that meet our mission statement

Wage: $18-$22
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 07:00AM-4:00PM
