Reports to: Accounts Receivable Supervisor
Job Type: This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri hybrid schedule
Job Location: King of Prussia or New providence, NJ
Requirements:
Revenue Cycle Expertise:
-
Experience as a Revenue Cycle Specialist or related role.

Strong familiarity with reimbursement processes, including in-depth knowledge of claim submissions, authorization procedures, insurance guidelines, and CMN’s.
Training & Development:
-
Ability to design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for reimbursement processes, tailoring content to address the specific needs of new hires and existing employees.

Ability to develop engaging training materials and deliver training effectively in various learning environments.

Assessment & Improvement:
-
Ability to regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.

Ability to assess trainee’s understanding and identify areas needing improvement based on performance data.
Coaching & Mentorship:
-
Ability to provide personalized coaching to employees based on their performance and hold employees accountable for their learning process.

Excellent written, verbal communication, and active listening skills to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where employees feel comfortable asking questions and sharing experiences.

Collaboration & Industry Knowledge:

Ability to work closely with other departments to ensure consistent workflows.

Ability to stay informed about industry standards, regulatory changes, and best practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Equipping new hires: Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to their needs, fostering confidence and empowering them to excel in their roles.

Ongoing Employee Development: Provide continuous learning opportunities to existing staff, ensuring everyone stays up-to-date on best practices.

Measurable impact: Coach and mentor new hires, holding them accountable for learning progress, so they successfully meet targeted performance metrics.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies of 20 pounds but no more than 35 pounds.
