ReVision Energy, a leading provider of solar energy solutions, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Information Technology (VP of IT) to join our executive team. The VP of IT will be responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational aspects of our information technology infrastructure, ensuring the alignment of IT initiatives with the company's business objectives. This role is critical in driving digital transformation, enhancing cybersecurity, and fostering innovation to support ReVision Energy's growth and sustainability goals. The VP of IT will report to the Chief Financial Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an IT strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives and supports ReVision Energy’s mission.
- Provide leadership and direction to the IT department, ensuring the team is motivated, skilled, and aligned with company goals.

Technology Infrastructure:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and cloud solutions.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of all IT systems and infrastructure.
- Develop and enforce comprehensive cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect company data and systems.
- Stay abreast of emerging threats and implement measures to mitigate risks.
- Lead initiatives to leverage technology to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and competitive advantage.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and digital tools across the organization.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT projects meet business needs and add value.
- Manage relationships with external IT vendors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and products.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements to optimize cost and performance.

Compliance and Governance:
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in IT governance.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of IT operations and initiatives.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor and control expenditures to achieve financial objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with business goals.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and digital transformation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus.
