Main Focus
As a key part of our leadership team, your primary focus will be on Staffing’s Organizational Growth. You will oversee sales in your territory. We have a fantastic recruiting, staffing, and onboarding team to back you up.
Key Objectives
Team Leadership: Lead and convey to the recruiting teams what your customer wants and when they want it. Insure continuous growth, excellence, and high-performance.
Client Partnership: Work collaboratively with the customers to build long-term relationships. Work towards understanding their unique needs and providing optimal staffing solutions.
Candidate Advocacy: Steer the recruiting team in identifying top Hospitality professionals and placing them in roles that fulfill their career objectives while meeting client needs.
