Team Operations Coordinator - Job Description
Gameday Logistics is looking for an industrious, detail-oriented individual willing to go the extra mile to get the job done for our clients. This person should have a passion for sports and be knowledgeable about team operations. This role requires extreme attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to efficiently and effectively switch between tasks. This role reports directly to the Team Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Team Operations department to fully execute each team reservation throughout the collegiate athletic seasons. Team reservations include but are not limited to hotel reservations, flight reservations, and ground transportation reservations.
- Before the season begins, ensure that each team receives their Team Reservation Package.
- Constantly update the Gameday system with updated and accurate trip information.
- Distribute Team travel information for each trip that aligns with each team’s most up-to-date travel requirements per the Gameday system.
- Conduct daily pre-trip tasks to ensure vendors and teams are fully prepared for their reservations.
- Act as a main liaison between Gameday clients and vendors.
- Coordinate team schedules and travel arrangements with vendors.
- Lead and organize Championship events for official Gameday partners. These events take place for each sport at the end of the respective regular season.

Salary
- Commensurate with education, experience, and qualifications.
- This is a full-time salaried position that is eligible for unlimited PTO.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
- One year of professional work experience OR one year of experience in collegiate athletics support and/or administration, OR experience as a student-athlete
- Knowledge of collegiate athletics and professional sports
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry
Working Conditions
- This position will work on-site at the Gameday Headquarters in New Braunfels, TX.
- Weekend and evening availability is required if/when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
