**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced licensed Mortgage Loan Officer assistant to join our team. As a Mortgage Loan Office assistant, you will play a critical role in originating, processing, and closing mortgage loans for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have in-depth knowledge of mortgage products, and a strong understanding of industry regulations.
**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with several loan officers and support the sales team.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis to ensure borrower eligibility
- Review and analyze loan applications to determine borrower creditworthiness
- Work closely with underwriters to ensure compliance with FNMA, FHA, and VA guidelines
- Review and analyze loan files to ensure compliance with TILA and other federal regulations
- Ensure that all mortgage loan products and services are offered in accordance with Fair Housing regulations
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of mortgage servicing and escrow requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with borrowers and referral partners
- Meet and exceed sales goals, ensuring a high level of productivity and efficiency
-Ability to stay organized while maintaing CRM database
**Experience**
- Experience with mortgage loan origination software and systems
- Knowledge of non-qm programs
- Experience with underwriting and credit analysis
- Stong understanding of mortgage products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals
- Proficient in Encompass LOS
