Boreal Intl - Jr. Territory Manager
Boreal has an opportunity for a Jr. Territory Manager for the assigned market, reporting to the LATAM RLC Manager. The Jr. TM uses keen product knowledge and exemplary customer service skills to build positive and lasting relationships with existing, new, and future clients. Our Jr. Territory Manager meets customers' needs by accurately responding to inquiries, fulfilling requests, and following up on sales. The ability to prospect new business is necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Generate additional sales in assigned territory via prospecting and the development of growth plans for existing dealers.
- Maintain productive relationships with existing customers.
- Analyze the territory, develop, execute, and monitor sales programs.
- Manages both Residential/Commercial accounts with main emphasis on residential.
- Investigate and respond to all inbound customer inquiries in a timely and detailed fashion.
- Manage telephone calls, chat, and email communications in a professional and thorough manner.
- Develop extensive personal knowledge of Boreal International products and manage usual questions from customers about our products, their applications, and configurations.
- Fulfill customer orders, collaborating with other departments and staff around the country.
- Other duties, as assigned, by management.
