Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
- Assist customers with the application and approval process to purchase a new home.
- Produce videos and online posts of product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of our manufactured homes.
- Set daily appointments with customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales office.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Conduct site inspection, initial walkthroughs, and final walkthroughs with customers.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. Friendly and trustworthy.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for handling transactions, figuring deal calculations, and working deals.
- Proficient phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries and making outbound calls
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
