Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management, kitchen operations, and customer service. As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining inventory control, and creating a positive dining experience for our guests.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of food and beverages
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient communication and collaboration between front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and restrooms
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and inventory control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
