Prism is a small, Seattle-based ABA agency focused on providing quality care to children and families! We are looking for a couple of outstanding behavior technicians who are passionate about providing trauma-informed, compassionate ABA with a focus on celebrating neurodiversity.

We are offering a $300 signing bonus after 90 days of employment.
Responsibilities:
- Work under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in home, community, or school setting to implement behavior therapy programming
- Work one-on-one with children with disabilities to help them learn new skills!
- Collect accurate data through an electronic data and session note collection system
- Communicate with families, teachers, and other providers
- Make learning fun through creativity!
Requirements:
- Experience working with young children, preferably those with disabilities
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to follow instructions
- Use of technology to collect data and communicate with colleagues
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or in progress)
- Organizational skills
- CBT license
Preferred Work Experience/Credentials:
- RBT credential
- Work with children with diverse needs
- Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Collaboration with families
- Working with families with diverse cultural backgrounds
