Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team. As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food production and service. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise kitchen staff, and scheduling
- Oversee food production and ensure adherence to food safety standards
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for kitchen operations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage banquet events and coordinate with event planners
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a kitchen management role
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry is required
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
