Position Summary:
As a member of our inside sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining existing customers in your assigned market. The position will call on OEMs, contractors, and end users of electrical enclosure climate control and related products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Train processes for workflow with each Division Account Manager

High volume of outgoing and inbound phone calls and emails daily

Generate sales leads and follow up on those leads

Serve as product expert on your accounts

Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence

Manage hundreds of accounts through our defined sales process
Other Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-
Strong work ethic
-
Sales experience a must, HVAC or industrial product experience a plus

STRONG communication skills; including interpersonal skills to collaborate with other departments in the company, such as production and distribution

Experience with CRM software, such as Goldmine, Act, Sales Force

Detail-oriented and organized

Basic knowledge of keyboarding skills and Microsoft Office
