Responsibilities:
- Manage social media platforms to attract potential candidates and promote job opportunities
- Generate leads and actively recruit candidates through various channels
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Conduct employee evaluations and performance reviews
- Stay up-to-date with employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all hiring practices
- Coordinate employee orientation and onboarding processes
- Utilize HRIS systems to manage employee data and streamline hiring processes
