Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in employee relations, along with substantial experience in recruitment and onboarding processes. The HR Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions and will be instrumental in fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Recruitment: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Onboarding: Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation sessions, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Develop onboarding programs to integrate new employees into the company culture and operations.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Ensure the company is up-to-date with HR regulations and best practices.
- Performance Management: Support the performance management process, including performance appraisals, feedback, and development plans. Assist managers in addressing performance issues and implementing improvement plans.
- Employee Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits. Provide support to employees regarding benefits inquiries and issues.
- HR Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making processes.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Organize company events and activities to enhance employee morale and teamwork.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee relations.
- Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
