You May Be The Perfect Fit If You:
- Are Experienced - You’ve worked in accounting and construction related fields for at least 3 years. You’re knowledgeable in accounting principles You have excellent analytical and mathematical abilities.
- Organized – You’re a versatile and organized individual with a passion for details. Able to prioritize daily tasks and responsibilities and create a plan and execute effectively.
- Communicate - You have excellent verbal and written skills. You’re able to converse with anyone and handle delicate situations. You'll help keep projects within budget while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Problem Solve - You’re used to working with a diverse group of people and you’re able to resolve complex situations. You’re constantly thinking outside of the box and are adept at problem solving.
- Multi-Task - You’re able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while keeping your day on track. Able to take initiative and use good judgement and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency.
- Understand The Tech - You’ve used QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and related technology.
- Constantly Learn – You enjoy learning new things and you’ll be looking forward to learning our systems.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing - Oversee the financial aspects of multiple landscape projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines and project milestones. Review and approve invoices, change orders, and contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper allocation of costs
- Collaborating - Collaborate with project managers and partners to analyze and report on project financial performance. This is a workplace where expertise is shared with our colleagues throughout our company.
- Coordinating- Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure proper integration of project financial data into the company's accounting system.
- Communicating Effectively - You’ll keep the team apprised of developments within their project and ensure that they are satisfied with the project. You’ll foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of any project-related matters. Your interpersonal skills will be key to maintaining strong partnerships.
- Thinking Outside The Box - You’ll think outside of the box to discover new approaches to Project Administration while keeping the project finances on track.
