Duties:
- Administer medications accurately and according to established protocols

- Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed

- Uphold resident rights and dignity at all times
Requirements:
- Proficiency in medication administration and dosage calculations
- Knowledge of resident rights and regulations in healthcare settings
- Experience in dementia care or related fields is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with residents and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks efficiently
