Responsibilities:
- Assist the physician in providing quality medical care to patients
- Perform patient assessments, including taking medical histories and take notes during physical examinations
- Take X-rays including CT Scans, Panoramic, Intra-Oral
- Review consent forms with patients
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by the physician
- Assist with surgical procedures
- Provide patient education on post-operative care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment
Skills:
- Proficiency in dental assisting
- Familiarity with medical records management
- Strong understanding of infection control practices in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental assisting, medical records management, taking X-rays and infection control.
This office does background checks and drug testing.
