The Colorado River BOCES EPIC Department is dedicated to fostering innovation and excellence in CTE. We are seeking a skilled Project Outcome Evaluator to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of continuous improvement and excellence.
Job Overview:
The Project Outcome Evaluator will play a critical role in assessing the effectiveness and impact of our innovative programs. This position involves conducting thorough research, analyzing data, and creating engaging and informative reports that communicate findings to various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for making a difference through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Evaluation:
- Design and implement evaluation frameworks to assess the impact and effectiveness of innovative programs.
- Develop and apply appropriate methodologies for data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather data from various sources.
Data Analysis:
- Analyze data using statistical tools and software to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable findings.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data throughout the evaluation process.
Reporting:
- Create engaging and informative reports that effectively communicate evaluation findings to stakeholders.
- Develop visualizations and infographics to enhance the presentation of data.
- Present findings to internal teams, senior management, and external stakeholders as needed.
Research:
- Stay current with best practices and methodologies in program evaluation and data analysis.
- Conduct literature reviews and background research to support evaluation projects.
- Identify and recommend areas for program improvement based on research and evaluation findings.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with program managers, staff, and external partners to ensure comprehensive evaluation coverage.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on evaluation and data analysis techniques.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting the use of evaluation findings to inform program development and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Public Health, Education, Statistics, Data Science). Master’s degree and/or Doctorate preferred.
- Proven experience in program evaluation, research, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling reports and presentations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in program evaluation and data analysis.
