Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and purchases
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to address their needs and concerns
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customer base (Spanish is preferred)
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and POS systems
- Technical sales experience, particularly in electronics or wireless sales, is highly desirable
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
