Project Manager – Your Opportunity
You will manage multiple projects concurrently, with the support of Project Engineers. You will:

Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources (procurement of materials and equipment).

Mentor Project Engineers, providing training, guidance, and collaboration.

Lead project teams that include external contractors, subcontractors, and internal Project Engineers.

Lead project meetings to review critical issues and update project statuses.
-
Review project plans and specs to ensure subcontractors, vendors and suppliers are in compliance in areas of safety, performance, project staff, and equipment.

Collaborate with clients, engineers, and government agencies.

Act as the primary point of contact for resolving any construction-related challenges that may arise.

Conduct site visits and inspections, ensuring work quality and safety in the field.

Monitor ongoing job performance, as well as completed jobs, to identify opportunities for process improvement and/or cost savings.
You will work out of the office with occasional travel into the field to visit job sites. Overnight travel may be required for projects on an occasional basis.
Project Manager – Required Skills, Experience & Personality Fit
You have:
-
5+ years experience working as a Project Manager, ideally in construction or a related field.

Intermediate MS Excel skills.
-
Desire to lead and mentor Project Engineers.

Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for meticulously managing and and overseeing complex processes with numerous moving components.

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, and prior experience working as a Project Engineer or Junior Project Manager.
