Job Summary: We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorneys to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong academic background, excellent research and writing skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse legal matters across multiple practice groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior attorneys with legal research, drafting, and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and pleadings.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Conduct due diligence and provide legal opinions and advice on various legal issues.
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to the development of legal strategies.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different practice groups to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
- Stay current with developments in the law and assist in the preparation of legal updates and publications.
- Manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality work.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- 1 - 5 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Elevated level of professionalism and ethical standards.
- Strong mindfulness and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in one or more of the firm’s practice groups (e.g., corporate law, litigation, intellectual property, real estate, education, labor, and employment, etc.).
- Proven history of successfully managing and resolving legal issues.
- Ability to manage complex and challenging legal matters with minimal supervision.
