The Associate Program Manager helps to organize and oversee activities and functions of the organization's programs, to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished in accordance with priorities, time and funding limitations, or other specifications. The Associate Program Manager reports to the Deputy Director. This person also manages subordinate program staff.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
· Help to manage program work plans in accordance with specifications, objectives, and funding limitations
· Coordinate and oversee program operations and activities
· Collaborate in the development and implementation of program goals, objectives, curriculum, and methodologies
· Help to develop and facilitate workshops, trainings, meetings, retreats and/or conferences
· Assist in ensuring program goals are met and adhere to approved budgets
· Manage subordinate staff and interns in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
· Assume the role of program specialist across programs
· Assist with creating and facilitating program marketing plans
· Assist in the facilitation of professional development programs
· Prepare periodic reports and records on program activities, progress, status, or other special reports
· Help to develop programs to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long-term goals
· Help to manage interactions and maintains liaison with community partners for facilitating program objectives
· Manage and oversee organization's special events
· Assist in recruiting program participants and volunteers
· Manage relationships with agency partners, participants, and others to provide program goals and policy interpretations, problem-solving assistance, and answers to program questions
· Represent the organization at community events
· Help to manage program data collection and analysis
· Assist with program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services
· Review and approve assigned staff timesheets
· Conduct or assist with weekly program staff meetings
· Collaborate in the evaluation of program effectiveness to develop and implement improved methods
Minimum Requirements
· A bachelor's degree (a master’s is preferred) and a minimum of five years' experience in program management and facilitation, curriculum construction, data collection and analysis, OR any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved
· Technological Proficiencies: Adobe, Canva, G Suite, and Office 365
· Ability to navigate and create posts on social media platforms
· Have required background clearances
· Must have a car

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
