The Operations Manager is accountable for leading Drivers and Planners to provide the most efficient transportation solutions for our customers.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure legal, ethical, and profitable management.
- Provide responsive service and proactive communication for load monitoring and issue resolution.
- Initiate customer interactions to enhance company promotion.
- Identify and rectify operational inefficiencies through problem-solving and metric analysis.
- Manage driver performance and uphold safety standards while maintaining professional communication across all levels of management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have previous experience in the transportation industry and managing drivers.
- Must have experience in TMW and PeopleNet.
- Must have customer service skills.
