Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong technical background and excellent customer service skills.
Part-Time Technical Support Rep. (Approximately 20 hours weekly)
- Respond to local and remote end user support requests via text, email, & phone.
- Duties include software/hardware troubleshooting, part ordering, system upgrades.
- Install and configure hardware, operating systems, & application software on desktop/ laptops running MacOS (90%) and Microsoft Windows (10%)
- Keep computer operating systems updated.
- Assist with M365 user/group administration.
- Support for targeted computer vulnerability remediation.
- Available for network monitoring and server uptime verification.
- Be flexible for projects and site recovery issues as needed.
Skills requested include Mac OS, software/hardware installs, network and server monitoring.
