A. Bachelor's degree and/or certificate/training in a technology or related field
B. Two (2) years' experience tutoring all levels of computer courses for a diverse population of students in a high school, college or university computer lab.
C. Two (2) or more years of experience in computing technology such as office applications, programming, multimedia, etc.
D. Two (2) or more years' experience working in a computer laboratory learning center in an institution of higher education or similar setting and collecting statistical data.
E. Two years’ experience using administrative and instructional support learning assistance technologies (e.g., TutorTrac, Canvas, Blackboard, Cranium Cafe, LMS, etc.), MS Office including video tutorials and presentations as it applies to this position.
