We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our growing team. A goal-oriented closer mindset to promote, offer and sell our product and chimney solutions to our pre-vetted and scheduled leads. As a Priddy Sales Advisor you will play a crucial role in expanding our clientele; providing expert advice on chimney, fireplace appliance, and vent solutions; as well as contributing to the success of our chimney repair and maintenance business.
No chimney or hearth experience? No problem – we hire for attributes and fit, and will train you on the rest.
Pay
We offer base pay plus commission with target annual minimum sales targets.
Anticipated compensation:
$75k-125k/yr – Motivated Sales Advisor
$125k – 175k/yr – Successful Sales Advisor
$175k+ /yr – Top Tier Sales Advisor
Responsibilities
Sales Generation:
- Pursue vetted sales opportunities generated via Priddy’s marketing programs
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' chimney needs and safety concerns.
- In collaboration with our technical experts provide thoughtful guidance on chimney repair, fireplace and appliance upgrades, restoration, and maintenance solutions.
- Effectively present and communicate the features and benefits of the proposed solutions.
Product Knowledge:
- Be knowledgeable of the latest technologies, trends, materials, and safety regulations in the chimney and fireplace appliance industry.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and up-to-date knowledge of chimney components and repair techniques.
Quotation and Proposal Creation:
- Prepare detailed and accurate project quotations based on chimney assessments and client requirements. These will encompass design and delivery services, as well a comprehensive labor and materials overview.
- Partner with the technical team to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to ensure client satisfaction and profitable project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project details.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales. Priddy will provide the industry and technical training, including the required CSIA sweep certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite; comfort with using both PC and mobile applications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Management, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
