Position Overview:
We are expanding out of Tulsa and into the OKC market and we are seeking an experienced Electrical Recruiter with a Journeyman's license and substantial field experience to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled electrician looking to transition into a dynamic office environment while utilizing their expertise in the electrical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing and Recruitment: Utilize industry knowledge and networks to source, attract, and recruit qualified candidates for various electrical positions including electricians, technicians, engineers, and project managers.
2. Candidate Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough screenings and assessments of potential candidates to evaluate their skills, qualifications, and suitability for available positions.
3. Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and industry professionals to ensure a robust talent pipeline and successful placements.
4. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand staffing needs, provide regular updates on recruitment activities, and facilitate the hiring process from start to finish.
5. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify recruitment strategies and opportunities for talent acquisition.
6. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to candidate profiles, interviews, and placements.
Qualifications:
1. Journeyman's License: Must possess a valid Journeyman's license in electrical work.
2. Field Experience: Demonstrated experience working in the electrical industry, preferably in a hands-on capacity as an electrician or related role.
3. Recruitment Experience: Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related HR functions is highly desirable.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and interact with diverse audiences.
5. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and develop lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
6. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Benefits:
- Competitive Base Salary: $50,000-$60,000 per year
