Pay: $20 -$21 Hourly
Hours: 8am-5pm
We have an Electronics cable assembler opening in Richardson, Tx.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Applicants must have experience with and an ability to read wire tables with wire routing, wire diagrams, blueprints, schematics, color codes, measurements, mathematics.
- Experience with both power and manual cable building tools.
- Must be able to obtain measurements from tools such as measuring tapes, scales, calipers.
- It is required that the candidate have the ability to use pinning and stripping tools, make all types of connections, identify breakout positions, sleeve types, and braid requirements.
- Ability to solder to terminals, connectors, and braid.
- Candidate must be familiar with and capable of conducting continuity and resistance testing.
- Must be able to follow and understand engineering documentation, company policies and procedures.
- Understanding of and demonstrated experience with IPC-A-620 Workmanship and Acceptability Criteria.

1. Must be able to obtain measurements from tools such as measuring tapes, scales.
2. The Electromechanical Cable Harness Assembler performs a variety of manufacturing tasks and processes in the design of cable and harness assemblies.
3. Applicants must have experience with and an ability to read wire tables and wire routing, wire diagrams, blueprints, schematics, color codes, measurements, mathematics, and both power and manual cable building tools.
4. It is required that the candidate have the ability to use pinning and stripping tools, make all types of connections, identify breakout positions, sleeve types, and braid requirements.
5. Ability to solder to terminals, connectors, and braid.
6. Knowledge of coax, twinax, and ribbon cables is a plus.
7. Must be able to follow and understand engineering documentation company policies and procedures.
