*Position Overview: *
With plans to open additional locations in 2024, we're looking for ambitious and motivated General Managers to join our growing teams in prestigious areas. This role is perfect for leaders who are energetic, self-motivated, dedicated to consistently driving high standards and are passionate about food, and hospitality.
*Key Responsibilities:*
The General Manager works with management to set an example for all servers, bartenders, food runners, bussers, and hosts. The GM has a firm understanding of FOH operations, recruiting/onboarding new hires, payroll, scheduling, opening, and closing procedures, inventory, etc. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker and take the role of a mentor and coach for your team. In addition, work with management team to ensure staff is properly greeting guests, introducing/recommending menu items and frequent table touches and keeping a clean and organized back of the house environment.
*Ideal Candidate:*
· 3+ years working as a General Manager in upscale casual, high-volume restaurants.
· Experience recruiting, onboarding, and training new hires.
· A well-rounded understanding of restaurant operations to include P&L reports, payroll, scheduling, labor management and product knowledge.
· Drives excellence and standards while exhibiting a strong fun culture.
· Ability to lead and develop a team to achieve excellence in guest experience and hospitality.
· Drive sales and manage cost margins.
· Guest-focused and hands-on approach to management
· Hospitality or related degree preferred or comparable experience.
· Experience with beverage programs and craft cocktails a plus!
