Job Description
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, answer incoming calls, to be able to check in and out guest and make reservations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and will be able to engage guests by building relationships and providing them with exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of customer service experience in a Hospitality environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to multitask and stay focused on the more important tasks at hand.
- Must have excellent phone skills and be able to handle multiple calls at once.
- Basic math skills are imperative. Accurately enter data into a computer.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to communicate effectively with both staff and guests.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
