As the leader in the mobile phone accessories industry, Valor Communication is constantly looking for candidates to join our ever growing and exciting Sales Department.
The core responsibility of the B2B Inside Sales Representative is to serve on the front-line of the marketing and sales process to prospect and generate interest in our line of cell phone accessories.
This position involves speaking with 100 plus business owners a day. We will provide the leads, the training and tools to reach these numbers. The Inside Sales representative will provide the knowledge, skills, attitude and work ethic to hit the daily quota.
- Manage and grow existing customer base for the ever evolving mobile accessories industry
- Generate and maintain new accounts
- Work on sales leads provided by the company
- Provide superb customer support to our existing account base
Here’s what we are looking for from you:
- Excellent telephone presentation and communication skills
- Ability to ask probing questions
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Extremely organized and efficient
- Ability and desire to take initiative
Preferred Qualification:
- With experience in Customer Service
- Know extensively on how to use Microsoft Excel
- Know how to perform result-driven Internet search
- Bilingual fluently with a second and/or additional languages
