Position Summary
Provide exceptionally friendly, helpful, and courteous customer service. Process store mail and communications, process incoming departmental information, and execute bookkeeping tabulations.
Hour Requirements
Up to 29 hours per week.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Provide exceptional service, courtesy, and friendliness to all customers.
2. Receive and solve, or refer, customer comments and complaints.
3. Perform opening or closing procedures of the store office.
4. Record daily sales according to store procedures.
5. Maintain office supplies.
6. Maintain postage stamp sales.
7. Maintain money order sales.
8. Maintain “Money Saver” supplies.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by the Front End Manager.
10. Follow all store policies and procedures.
