- Answers all incoming calls from patients, referring doctors, etc
- Is responsible for the accurate scheduling of patient appointments, triaging patient questions and any other misc calls that are received
- Follow scheduling guidelines for each physician as outlined by Administration
- Complete all new patient data entry requirements
- Triage patient follow up concerns
- Check in patients for consultation, surgery or post-operative follow up
- Other administrative functions as assigned including insurance verification, scanning charts or other projects
- Comply with all regulatory requirements such as OSHA, HIPAA

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
