Directly manages crew of aircraft cleaning employees. Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with Prospect’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include participation in training of aircraft cleaners; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and participating in disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Specifically, you'll do the following:
- Oversee to maintain an efficient operation that meets the requirements of our internal customers while adhering to the collective bargaining agreements
- Direct the daily operation in assigned work location
- Lead, mentor and counsel supervisors, leads and/or agents as required
- Responsible for substituting supervisory staff due to call outs and time off requests
- Prepare reports and assist supervisors with investigations
- Train supervisors, evaluate, and document supervisors' performance
- Provide direction for supervisors through appropriate communication
- Issue disciplinary action and make corrective action plans to assist supervisors in altering their behavior
- Coordinate issuance of training or other Admin-Related Employee Coaching Documents
- Work with Talent Acquisition to identify and select candidates for promotional opportunities
- Represent Cabin Services on conference calls and at meetings as necessary
- Monitor overtime usage and lost time
- OJI Reporting
- Safety (Ramp Monitoring)
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications Required
- Minimum 1 year of management experience
- Must be able to lead and motivate employees and work closely with all levels of leadership
- Exceptional organization and planning skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement as well as proven success implementing change
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Gmail, PowerPoint and Word
Preferred Qualifications
- Airline experience preferred
- Experience managing supervisors
