General Description:
Ridgeline Log and Timber is a full-service, specialty timber frame and reclaimed wood supply company focused on high end homes and meaningful commercial projects. We do not specialize in small stick frame or miscellaneous carpentry, we look for a challenge and go after the extreme. Through 2020-2021 we took on a 550,000 square foot timber frame hotel in Big Sky, Montana., that is who we are. Personal service, quality and attention to detail sets us apart. Our mission is to help build the most incredible structures in the mountain west.
We know this work does not get done on its own which is why we are committed to continuous investment in our employees. Quarterly reviews, benefits, paid time off, paid holidays and profit sharing are some of the things you can expect as an employee of Ridgeline. We have structured a continuous feedback process where we want to hear from you every quarter on what Ridgeline can be doing better to make you and your team more successful. We want to hear from you, and we want to take action, this is the only way to continually build our teams. We offer career development opportunities such as, training trips, a company book club and other resources that may benefit your career and professional development.
We operate out of two facilities; our main offices/retail yard are located at 1675 High School Rd. Jackson, WY and our projects yard, which is located on private property north of town. Having two yards helps us better serve projects all over the valley. We fully immerse ourselves in the reclaimed wood and timber frame scopes from start to finish, giving our customers a full, personal service. The pre-construction teams is focused on setting the project up for success by eliminating the roadblocks before we even start so our craftsmen can focus on what they do best.
